Stan Nabozny is the Director of Thermal Energy Consulting at Michaels Energy, where he oversees market development, engineering, cost estimating, and commissioning for thermal energy storage (TES) programs. With over ten years of experience, he has successfully designed, sourced, and deployed TES solutions in various countries, focusing on industrial refrigeration and off-peak load shifting to save energy.

Stan also leads Michaels Energy's load management portfolio for TES in refrigeration, HVAC, and monitoring-based commissioning. He holds patents for TES using phase change materials.
