BIOGRAPHY

Shruti Singh is an Assistant Professor in the Electrical Engineering and Renewable Energy Department at Oregon Institute of Technology. Her work focuses on renewable energy systems, smart grids, microgrid control, and economic dispatch solutions that support resilient energy infrastructure.

Shruti leads federally funded research projects through NSF and NREL, focusing on consensus-based control and cost-effective microgrid deployment. She teaches courses covering digital circuits, embedded systems, electric power systems, renewable energy, mechatronics, and control systems for engineering and sustainability applications.
