BIOGRAPHY

Jessica Fishman is an independent strategic marketing and communications consultant with over 15 years of experience in clean energy. Her work spans solar, batteries, and distributed energy resources across the full supply chain, covering residential, commercial, distributed generation, and utility-scale market segments.

Jessica launched one of the first virtual power plant services and remains an active advocate for VPPs. She has testified before the House Energy Finance and Policy Committee and continues to advance the case for virtual power plant adoption across the sector.
