BIOGRAPHY

Bill Weaver is the assistant general counsel for infrastructure and rates at the California ISO, where for over a decade he has served as the lead legal expert on energy storage, generator interconnections, and distributed energy resources, including demand response, distributed generation, and electric vehicles.

Bill previously worked as an energy attorney at the Jones Day in Washington, DC, and has served on the boards of the Energy Law Journal and the Sacramento Audubon Society, contributing to both legal and environmental communities.
