Aviral Jain is the Senior Director of Product Management at FlexEnergi, where he leads the development of VPP and DERMS solutions for utilities across North America. He brings expertise in product management, engineering, and leadership to support grid modernisation and flexibility.

Aviral focuses on helping utilities orchestrate distributed energy resources to enable scalable, cost-effective demand flexibility. He is passionate about accelerating the energy transition, strengthening grid resilience, and contributes to global community projects as a board member of Engineers Without Borders Houston.
